03 Put the information to use
A quotation request and a supplier assessment call for different information. Here is how you can approach each one.
Your goods do not fit a standard pallet. You need to know what information GLF requires to prepare a quote.
Start with the Custom Pallet product page, product number 5000. It explains the customisation options and what to include in a quotation request.
Gather the dimensions, load requirements, quantity and destination. Describe the goods and how they will be transported and handled.
Include the product name or number and the details you have gathered. We can then discuss the design, loading requirements and delivery arrangements.
The product page helps you prepare your enquiry. The final specification needs to suit your goods and the way the pallet will be used.
You can ask an AI agent with web access to summarise the information the product page asks you to provide.

You need a certificate for a supplier assessment. Start with the documents for the relevant company: GLF Genarp AB in this example.
Open Sustainability & quality and find the certificate links. Choose the document for the certificate and company you need.
Open the document for GLF Genarp AB. Check which operations it covers, its version and whether it is valid. For ISPM 15, you can also follow the Swedish Board of Agriculture check in the previous section.

04 Technical details
Here is how GLF’s index, Markdown versions and regular web pages fit together. These technical files can help AI tools find information about us.
The llms.txt format proposal sets out how a website can bring together a brief introduction, guidance and selected links in a text file. LLM stands for large language model, the type of model behind many AI tools.
Markdown is a way of structuring text. For example, # marks a heading. In a link, the name appears in square brackets and the address in round brackets. This lets a tool read headings, links, lists and tables as text, without the page’s visual layout.
The proposal explains the file structure, links and use of Optional. The llms.txt format proposal
We use Markdown in both the index and the linked pages. The English root index, /llms.txt, contains 28 links to Markdown versions of pages. These addresses end in /index.md. It also links to two XML resources and four indexes for other languages. The information itself is on the linked pages.
Markdown and HTML present the same page in different formats, so an agent does not need to retrieve both versions. If your question concerns documentation, it may also need to read the document itself.
Give an AI agent the English root index and ask it to cite the sources behind its answer. The agent must be able to retrieve and read those sources. It may not use llms.txt automatically. Check the details that matter on the regular web page or in the document.

Technical details: original files
Custom Pallet in the English root index is called Kundanpassad specialpall in the Swedish index. Each entry links to its own language version, and both product pages list product number 5000. The product number lets you check that you have the same product, even when its name and web address differ between languages.
The main heading starts with # and identifies the website or project the file describes. GLF’s file gives the company name here. A name in an H1 heading is the only required element in the format proposal.
