Custom Pallet (5000) starts with an agreed footprint and construction. Flexpallet (2101) adds a specific design option: a base pallet with one or two wings adapted to product length. Choose between them by how the goods need to be supported and handled.

Make the drawing and handling requirements part of the enquiry
Send the goods dimensions, weight and support points, together with lifting equipment, fork access, storage or stacking arrangements and the transport route. State the quantity, return-flow needs and any holes, blocks or other features that must be included. Neither product page establishes one footprint or one load capacity for all configurations.
A custom design is useful when an established model does not meet these requirements. If a fixed format already fits, compare the standard pallets or the half-pallet range first. Match the complete pallet design and permitted load to the intended operation before ordering.
Confirm any treatment, marking and documentation for the actual materials and destination. These requirements are part of the agreed specification. If the goods need protection around the pallet, include custom packaging in the discussion.
