Choose a lid for the actual pallet and collar assembly. GLF’s wooden, plywood and chipboard models differ in published thickness, dimensions and locating options. The nominal pallet format is a starting point; confirm the lid’s fit and securing arrangement before ordering.

Confirm the complete assembly
Provide the pallet and collar dimensions, inside opening, locating details and tolerances. State how the lid will be secured, how the goods are distributed, and whether another loaded pallet will be stacked above it. Underboards or a fixing baseboard help locate a lid; they do not by themselves establish a permitted stack load.
The product pages do not establish an interchangeable load rating, weather-exposure class or sealing performance for these materials. Ask GLF to confirm the required support, securing and performance for the supplied assembly. Thickness alone does not establish that a plywood, chipboard or wooden lid is stronger or suitable for a particular load.
Match the material and marking to the destination
Export requirements depend on the material and complete assembly. Packaging made entirely of processed wood such as plywood or particleboard is outside ISPM 15’s scope; adding solid-wood components can change the assessment. Confirm any treatment and marking required for the actual supply and destination. See the ISPM 15 export guide.
