It might concern a material, a packaging solution, equipment or how goods move from packing to the recipient. Write down your requirements before choosing exhibitors. You can then compare alternatives against the intended use, even when they take different approaches. ### Preparation checklist 1. **Describe your current situation.** What is being packed, how is it handled, and where do costs, delays or other problems arise? Choose one main question and two follow-up questions. 2. **Prepare a shared brief.** Bring approximate dimensions, weight, volume and relevant requirements. A simple diagram of the flow makes it easier to obtain comparable answers. 3. **Make an initial shortlist.** Once the 2027 exhibitor list is available, choose companies with relevant products or services. Prioritise a few important conversations and leave room for new discoveries. 4. **Book meetings with the right people.** Explain what you want to discuss and ask for someone who can answer your questions. Confirm the location and time separately. 5. **Choose seminars when the programme is published.** Look for perspectives that complement your supplier discussions and allow walking time between activities. 6. **Arrange registration and travel.** Follow the organiser’s instructions when tickets become available. Allow flexibility in your plans for arrival, breaks and the journey home. Are several colleagues attending together? The organiser plans to publish the 2027 exhibitor list in October 2026. Use the current edition to check which companies are participating and where to find them; stand details from earlier editions are not enough to plan a visit. Develop your visit plan: find relevant companies, check the status of our exhibitor selection and find the right stand. Once the list is published, you can shortlist exhibitors by their role in your process: materials and packaging, packing and equipment, labelling, or handling and transport. A company may be relevant to several stages. Start with what needs to work in your operations. ### Ask exhibitors the same core questions Use the same comparison criteria for solutions using different materials or technologies. Record the answer and request the supporting information for later review. Use a brief notes template: **requirements, solution, information to check, contact person and next steps.** Assess alternatives once you have reviewed the supporting information together, rather than relying solely on your impressions at the stand. ### How to find packaging companies at Scanpack Start with the part of your packaging process you want to improve. Materials, packaging design, packing, labelling and transport may call for discussions with different types of company. 1. **Describe your requirements.** Note the product, volume, operating environment and what needs to improve. Decide whether you need materials, finished packaging, equipment or a service. 2. **Prepare your search terms.** Include both function and material, such as “protective packaging”, “corrugated board”, “labelling” or “packing machinery”. For the Swedish directory, you can also try “skyddsemballage”, “wellpapp”, “märkning” or “packmaskiner”, respectively. 3. **Check the edition.** Once [Scanpack’s 2027 exhibitor list](https://scanpack.se/hem/utstallare/) is published, read the company profiles and confirm participation. A listing for 2024 does not establish that a company is exhibiting in 2027. 4. **Make a shortlist.** Choose companies that together cover the questions you need answered. Save each profile link and key question; add the stand number only once it has been verified for 2027. ### Exhibitor selection: awaiting information for 2027 When checked on 10 September 2026, [the organiser’s exhibitor page](https://scanpack.se/hem/utstallare/) still showed the 2024 list. The 2027 list is scheduled for publication in October 2026. We will add a small selection here once we can verify which companies are participating in 2027 and what they offer. The selection will cover different packaging requirements and draw on current exhibitor profiles. Companies will be listed alphabetically, with their relevant offering, a question to ask and a verified stand number. GLF’s role as publisher will be stated if GLF is included. Historical stand details will not be used as visitor information for 2027. ### Find the right stand once the map is published Follow the current exhibitor list to the company’s profile, check its stand number for 2027 and open the organiser’s map view. Save the stand number and map alongside the meeting time, and group visits by location. Wait until the current halls and stands can be verified before planning your detailed walking route. This may provide historical context, but times, speakers and sessions need to be verified for 2027 before you add them to your schedule. Once the programme is available, choose seminars that help you assess the alternatives, such as how a change affects use, production or transport. Read the description, check any registration requirements and limit the number of sessions so there is also time for exhibitor discussions. ### Book meetings with a clear purpose Contact priority exhibitors in advance. Briefly explain what you want to explore, who from your company will attend and what supporting information you can bring. Confirm the meeting location and contact details once participation is verified.
