Service 01 All services ## Pallet solutions We offer IPPC-marked standard pallets in common sizes. If you need something different, we design a custom pallet around the dimensions, weight and handling of your goods. Together, we consider both the pallet and the process it needs to work in. - Standard pallets for recurring needs and custom pallets to suit your requirements. - Designs adapted to the goods, loads and handling methods. - Coordinated planning, production and delivery. Service 02 All services ## Wooden pallet collection Surplus empty pallets take up space. We buy used pallets and help arrange collection, bringing pallets that can be used again back into circulation. - Stack the pallets, preferably around 20 high, and contact us to discuss collection. - We buy EUR pallets in a range of conditions and quote a price for the batch. - Sorting and repair allow usable pallets to be used again. Service 03 All services ## Customised production Round, tapered or irregular goods have different requirements from products with flat sides. We assess how the goods should be supported, packed and handled during transport. The design needs to provide the right protection and work with your packing process. - CAD design and dimensioning before manufacture. - Where the application requires it, we combine wood with other materials, such as aluminium. - For heavier goods, the design can be reinforced at specific load points, with internal bracing adapted to the goods. ### A crate designed around the carrots Mariannes Farm in Skåne needed carrot crates that worked when stacked. The previous design crushed the top layer of carrots. GLF moved the reinforcements inside the crate. Since then, we have manufactured nearly 3,500 crates that protect the carrots from impact damage. Service 04 All services ## Efficient packaging solutions Does your process require a EUR pallet, or could another type meet the requirements? We also review lids, pallet collars and internal dividers. In some processes, a B-pallet may be sufficient instead of a EUR pallet. A Masonite lid may also be a more economical alternative to chipboard. We assess the options against stability, protection, weight, transport conditions, delivery and the recipient's requirements. - A review of stability, weight, exposure to weather and cost. - Options for pallets, collars, lids and internal protection. - Packing assistance and coordinated deliveries to your production facility. Service 05 All services ## Pallet drying Moisture content is an important aspect of pallet quality. Dried pallets are particularly relevant to operations with strict moisture and hygiene controls during transport, storage and handling. GLF has the capacity to dry up to 1,600 pallets per day. This enables us to handle large volumes with short lead times, adapted to your needs. Contact us with your requirements for moisture content, volume and delivery so we can discuss the options. - Drying based on the pallet's intended use and your quality requirements. - Controlled moisture content helps reduce the risk of mould and deformation. - Please also specify any ISPM 15 treatment and marking requirements for packaging intended for export.
